The Pursuit of Justice: Offenders, Victims and Prison Staff
In this lecture, Karen will be sharing her academic journey from PhD researcher to Professor of Law and Penal Justice. The talk will cover a variety of research projects including the implementation of the ‘What Works’ policy into a Welsh Probation Area, the legal and ethical aspects of sex offender treatment, why British South Asian women don’t report sexual abuse and finally her current work.
